Combining the rigor of big-law training with a tailored, client-centered approach, Yaima Seigley is a transactional and business attorney who advises clients in the real estate, hospitality, and entertainment industries.
Drawing on her extensive experience, she provides strategic counsel across a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial and residential real estate, leasing, general business, hospitality, and other commercial transactions. She has represented individuals, public and private companies, restaurateurs, hotel groups, and professional entertainment organizations.
Whether negotiating a letter of intent, assisting with due diligence, guiding a closing, or drafting complex agreements, Yaima is prepared to support clients at every stage, providing bespoke, strategic guidance that meets each client’s unique needs and objectives.
Yaima is fluent in Spanish. She has represented clients in complex transactions carried out entirely in Spanish, providing seamless cross-cultural legal guidance.
Outside of work, Yaima enjoys traveling, cooking, Zumba, Pilates, and supporting sea turtle conservation efforts.
